Night Shift Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a Night Shift Warehouse Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing the warehouse and making sure that it falls within compliance with the company's vision and policy's, overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations, and setting layouts to ensure efficient space utilization. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure productivity targets are achieved and that all warehouse processes are running smoothly and promptly!

Requirements


• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives
• String knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Hands on experience with warehousing management software and databases
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Adhere to all warehousing, handling, and shipping legislation requirements
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system
• Plan/assign tasks appropriately and appraise results
• Coach and motivate employees
• Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, etc)
• Receive feedback and monitor the quality of service provided

Class B CDL

We are seeking a Class B CDL Driver to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of about 10-12,000 pounds of product.

Responsibilities


• Safely operate a heavy box or semi-truck
• Properly track and record shipment when delivering products
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch immediately
• Inspect truck before and after trip

Qualifications:

Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields
• Commercial Driver's License
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong work ethic
• Be courteous and kind to all customers

Class A CDL

Responsibilities

Forklift Operator

Operate powered industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into railroad cars or trucks or storage facilities.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Obtains copy of production schedule or shipping order and transports material or equipment to and from designated areas in the facility.


• Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trucks or aircraft
• Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility
• Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
• Checking loads are secure
• Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment
• Removing machine attachments and waste material from machines
• Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Dumping materials into machine hoppers

Qualification requirements


• High School diploma or equivalent
• Good math, language and reading skills; basic computer skills may be required
• High degree of attention required to prevent injury to others; promote a safe work environment
• Execute assignments in an accurate, timely and safe manner
• Maintain a clean & safe environment
• May be required to use RF scanner gun
• Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator’s license may be required
• Forklift certification per OSHA standards
